For the first 10 days, take a maximum of 1 ampoule labelled "GINSENG BIO" per day, diluted in a glass of water. It is normal for a deposit of ginseng to appear at the bottom of the ampoule. For the next 10 days, take 1 ampoule labelled "GINKGO-GUARANA-RHODIOLE BIO" a day, pure or diluted in half a glass of water, preferably in the morning. Shake ampoule before use, as a slight deposit may appear due to the natural nature of the product. For the last 10 days, take 1 ampoule marked "SUREAU-PAMPLEMOUSSE-ECHINACEE-GINGER BIO" per day, undiluted or diluted in half a glass of water. Shake the phial before use, as the natural nature of the product may cause a slight deposit to form.
