Super Diet Protocole Minceur Bio 30 Ampoules is a 30-day slimming program in 3 successive 10-day phases. This program is made up of 3 organic plant complexes, formulated according to naturopathic principles using plants selected by the Super Diet laboratories.

Phase 1 is a complex of 4 plants: Dandelion, Elderberry, Artichoke and Birch. Dandelion, Elderberry and Artichoke play an effective part in the drainage action.
Phase 2 combines 4 plants: Meadowsweet, Green Tea, Fennel and Birch. Meadowsweet aids elimination, while Green Tea helps control weight.
Phase 3 combines 4 plants: Guarana, Green Tea, Oat Bran and Papaya. Guarana contributes to the fat-burning action.

Forthe first 10 days , take 1 phial marked "PISSENLIT - SUREAU - BOULEAU - ARTICHAUT BIO" per day, in half a glass of water.
For the next 10 days, take 1 phial labelled "FENOUIL - REINE DES PRES - THE VERT - BOULEAU BIO" per day, in a glass of water, to be taken with a meal.
Forthe last 10 days, take 1 ampoule labelled "THE VERT - PAPAYE - SON D'AVOINE - GUARANA BIO" per day, in a glass of water, with a meal. Shake ampoule before use.

Phase 1 ampoule: Aqueous extract of Dandelion* (aerial part) (300 mg**), Elderberry* (flower) (300 mg**) and Birch* (leaf) (300 mg**), Birch* (leaf) (225 mg**).

Phase 2 ampoule: Fennel* Aqueous Extract (Seed) (375 mg**), Meadowsweet* (Flowering Top) (375 mg**), Green Tea* (Leaf) (300 mg**), Birch* (Leaf) (225 mg**).

Phase 3 ampoule: Aqueous extract of Green Tea* (Leaf) (250 mg**) and Papaya* (Fruit) (250 mg**), Concentrated Apple* juice (Fruit), Oat bran extract* (600 mg**), Guarana* dry extract (Seed) (350 mg**).
