Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to normal heart function. OM3 has selected a fish oil rich in Omega 3 essential fatty acids, particularly EPA and DHA. Omega 3s are said to be essential because they cannot be manufactured by the body. This formula based on wild fish oil rich in Omega 3 provides you with 450 mg* of Omega 3 daily, including :

  • 240 mg* EPA
  • 150 mg* DHA

The recommended daily intake is 250 mg EPA+DHA.

*for 3 capsules a day

Directions for use : Take 2 to 3 capsules a day, preferably in the morning, with meals. Renewable 40- to 60-day program.

Ingredients : Fish oil fish (antioxidant: extracts rich in tocopherols); tunic (fish gelatin fish gelatinhumectant: glycerol).
