Because children and teenagers have specific needs in terms of omega3 (so-called essential fatty acids, as they cannot be manufactured by the body), OM3 has developed a formula that provides them with the right dose of omega3 for their age. To make them easier to take, OM3 Junior capsules are small and easy to swallow. They can even be chewed.

Specific References

Children aged 6 to 10: 1 to 3 capsules a day. Children aged 11 to 15: 3 to 4 capsules a day. Capsules for swallowing or chewing, to be taken in the morning with fruit juice, at the start of a meal or at bedtime as part of a balanced diet.

Fish fish (sardines, anchovies) concentrate (60% omega-3); capsule shell (humectant: glycerol, gelatin, purified water, sweetener: xylitol, flavouring, gelling agent: cellulose powder, carmine colouring); sweetener: xylitol; thickener: colloidal silica; flavor; antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extracts; emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin; antioxidant: rosemary extract; purified water; vitamin A; vitamin D.
