Saw Palmetto is a small palm that produces berries widely used by Native Americans in traditional medicine to maintain urinary and genital comfort. For men who, after the age of fifty, experience urinary weakness, at night for example.

Saw Palmetto berries contain an oil rich in phytosterols and various fatty acids. Clinical trials have shown that Saw Palmetto extract can significantly improve symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Specific References

As a dietary supplement for adults, one to three vegetarian capsules a day, preferably with meals, or as recommended by a therapist. Follow directions for use.

Each vegetarian capsule provides :
Saw Palmetto Berry Extract (Serenoa repens) 300 mg
Raw Saw Palmetto berry powder 220 mg
Vegetable capsule shell (Hydroxypropylmethyl-Cellulose) 98 mg
Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Vegetable magnesium stearate) 14 mg

Do not take if pregnant, except on therapist's advice.
Store away from heat, light and moisture.
