The soles of your shoes may be removable, so remove them carefully.

If necessary, cut off the toe end to adjust the insoles to your size, or use the original insoles from your shoes as a template

Insoles should lie flat. Re-cutting may be necessary for optimal fit

je ne connais pas le produit, jamais disponible ! j'ai cdé 2 fois, j'ai regarde sur le site si c'était disponible avant de le cder mais hélas l information n 'était pas bonne.
