Specific References

For the first few weeks of use, we recommend waiting 48 to 72 hours between each training session to strengthen the perineum. Cramps may occur during initial use. If you are pregnant or experience persistent pain or discomfort, consult your doctor. Do not wear the Saforelle Pelvi' Tonic for more than 50 min per day.
