Pranarôm's organic Rosehip plant oil is suitable for all skin types. It protects against aging. It can be used as a moisturizing and nourishing day or night cream. It is one of the rare plant oils to contain all three families of essential fatty acids. Naturally anti-aging. Precious and rich in omega-3, Pranarôm rosehip oil has a beautiful orange color thanks to the vitamins it contains. It promotes skin regeneration and "lifts" the skin.

Musk rose is an essential classic for the skin and the whole organism.
Musk rose is a flower with prodigious virtues that grows wild, but it should not be confused with the roses that yield essential oil. In fact, it's the seed of this rose, closely related to hawthorn, that yields the precious plant oil, which is active on signs of ageing and healing.

Pranarôm rosehip oil contains :

Just over one-sixth monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9)
Around three-quarters polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6 and around 33% omega 3 - a wonderful balance of these precious essential fatty acids!)
Vitamin E and carotenoids (including retinol).

Oral use :10 g (1 tablespoon) per day.

Cosmetic use: Suitable for all skin types. Protects against aging. Use as a moisturizing and nourishing day or night cream (apply 15 minutes before make-up or bedtime).

Stress: A diet rich in omega-3 essential fatty acids is said to significantly increase the production of energy and mood neurotransmitters in the brain. At an emotional level, studies tend to show that symptoms of depression can be alleviated by an extra intake of omega 3. Add 1 teaspoon of rosehip oil per guest to your seasonings. Also consider taking rosehip capsules as a cure.

Huile excessivement agréable, je ne l’ai découverte que très récemment mais ai été agréablement surprise et je la recommande vivement. Elle a de très bonnes vertus sur ma peau et son odeur légèrement sucrée mais pas trop prégnante me plait bien.
