Cutaneous: dilute a few drops of essential oil in a neutral vegetable oil (sweet almond, argan, olive...) and massage locally. To fully benefit from its toning virtues, massage the adrenal area.

Orally: place 1 to 2 drops of essential oil on a neutral base (honey, neutral tablet, vegetable oil).

Picea mariana

  • This essential oil is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children under 6.
  • Cortison-like, it is not recommended for people suffering from hormone-dependent pathologies.
  • If you suffer from kidney failure, asthma or are prone to convulsions (epileptic disorders), consult your doctor before using this essential oil.
  • In case of regular cutaneous application, do not prolong the use of this essential oil beyond 6 weeks to avoid allergic sensitization

Black spruce essential oil is not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, or for children under 6. Medical advice is recommended for asthmatics, epileptics and those undergoing treatment for thyroid problems. For oral use, it is necessary to seek the advice of a doctor or therapist to obtain the correct prescription and dosage. It must be diluted in a vegetable oil for cutaneous application, as it can be irritating to the skin.
