Fatty acids belong to the lipid family, commonly referred to as "fats" or "greases". Through our diet, we need to ensure the right balance between omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids.
Omega 9s are monounsaturated fatty acids, notably composed of oleic acid. Omega 6 and 3 are polyunsaturated fatty acids. Polyunsaturated fatty acids are consideredessential because the body cannot synthesize them. In certain situations, the diet does not meet the body's needs. For example, a diet low in fish or excessive consumption of saturated fatty acids (found in industrial products).
Omegabiane Omega 3-6-9 helps supplement daily fatty acid intake. It contains omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids and is a source of omega 3 fatty acids.
