Omegabiane Poissons des mers froides is a dietary supplement formulated with fish oils that meet strict quality criteria to ensure safety.it contains DHA and EPA, which are omega-3 fatty acids essential for the proper functioning of our brain and vascular system.
It's essential because our bodies can't synthesize it and need to supply it for normal brain function.
We strongly advise you to include foods that are sources of EPA and DHA in your daily diet (rapeseed, walnut and camelina oils, oily fish, etc.).
Omegabiane Cold Sea Fish provides omega-3 fatty acids Eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic (DHA), which contribute to normal heart function.
3 capsules/day provide 225 mg EPA and 135 mg DHA.
The effective dose of EPA and DHA is 250 mg/day.
It is therefore advisable to include foods that are sources of EPA and DHA in your daily diet (rapeseed, walnut and camelina oils, oily fish, etc.).

Specific References

1 to 3 capsules per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably during meals.
Duration of supplementation : 1 to 3 months.
