Magnesium is an essential mineral present in virtually all our cells and supplied exclusively by our diet. However, a dietary imbalance can lead to magnesium deficiency and the appearance of disorders such as nervousness, irritability, fatigue and muscle cramps.
Formag is composed of:
- Magnesium, in particular the specific form Hypro-ri® mag extracted from the Dead Sea (known for its high concentration of mineral salts), which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and reduces fatigue. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function.
- Vitamin B6 helps reduce fatigue,
- Taurine
In adults, magnesium and vitamin B6 help reduce fatigue and support normal nervous system function. In children, vitamin D3 contributes to normal bone growth and development.
Specific References
1 to 2 tablets a day to be swallowed.
Supplementation period: 45 to 90 days.
Anti-caking agents: calcium phosphates, magnesium stearate and mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, Hypro-ri® Mag (marine magnesium oxide and rice protein hydrolysate), marine magnesium oxide, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and sodium carboxymethylcellulose, taurine, coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and stearic acid, vitamin B6.
This dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
