For fine hair: After shampooing on towel-dried hair, apply a dab to lengths and ends. Leave on for 2 to 3 minutes maximum. Rinse thoroughly.
For thick, very dry hair: Aftershampooing, apply a dab to lengths and ends of towel-dried hair. Leave on for 5-10 minutes, longer if necessary. Rinse thoroughly.

Warm the mask in your hands before applying for optimum penetration into the hair.
