Specific References

Choose foods rich in vitamin D and vitamin K2. Oily fish (cod liver, salmon, sardines, etc.), egg yolks and mushrooms (shiitake) are good sources of vitamin D. As for vitamin K2, it is mainly provided by fermented foods such as natto in Japan and cheeses in Europe. It is also present, in lesser quantities, in liver, milk and fish eggs.

Regular (but not excessive) exposure to the sun enables the body to synthesize vitamin D. The amount synthesized depends on the time of day, season, latitude, surface area of exposed skin, skin pigmentation and whether or not sun cream is used.

Acacia fiber - Capsule shell: marine gelatin (fish), color: chlorophyllin - Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) - Menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2).
