Present in all our cells, ubiquinol (the active form of coenzyme Q10) has a dual action:

1) Coenzyme contributing to energy production (ATP) in the mitochondria (Krebs cycle). Coenzyme Q10 is an important factor modulating the activity of respiratory chain enzymes. The respiratory chain is made up of a series of biochemical reactions that enable food to be burned by oxygen, while providing energy. It also enhances the contractility and efficiency of the muscular system.

2) Intracellular antioxidant protection (interception of free radicals, particularly those released in mitochondria by the Krebs cycle). Coenzyme Q10 is one of the basic elements in the body's defense against free radicals.

Medium-chain fatty acids (MCTs), patented ubiquinol (reduced form of coenzyme Q10) in a water-soluble preparation, vegetable glycerin, ascorbyl palmitate (esterified natural vitamin C), purified water, purified lecithin (non-GMO) concentrated in phosphatidylcholine, rocouyer seed extract. Capsules: titanium dioxide-free gelatin.
