When is it recommended? ERGYVEINE may be recommended for sensations of heavy legs, capillary fragility and visible small vessels, to facilitate blood circulation.

Sensations of heavy legs and visible vessels are often the first signs of venous circulatory disorders or capillary fragility. These disorders are quite common: nearly 1 in 2 women complain of venous disorders in their limbs! The risk factors are well identified: heredity, female hormones, age, excess weight, sedentary lifestyle...
The sensation of heavy legs is often linked to poor circulation and stagnation of blood in the veins of the lower limbs. This phenomenon, known as venous stasis, occurs when the system that returns blood to the heart (venous return) is weakened. The accumulation of blood in the legs leads to heaviness, swelling, numbness and tingling.
Hygienic dietary rules (exercise, walking, avoiding extreme heat, drinking regularly), combined with specific supplementation with plants that promote venous circulation, can help prevent these disorders.
