Adults: 6 to 8 lozenges a day.
As soon as the cold sets in or in case of winter ailments.

Bulking agent: Isomalt, Icelandic Lichen extract (Cetraria Islandica), Flavor: Menthol, Thymol, Global Eucalyptus essential oil, Terpineol, Scots Pine essential oil (Pinus Sylvestris), Sweetener: Sucralose.

For 6 to 8 lozenges: Icelandic lichen extract (Cetraria Islandica) 225 to 300 mg, Scots pine essential oil (Pinus Sylvestris) 15 to 20 mg.
