1. Thoroughly clean bottle, cap and nipple. Pour the required amount of water into the bottle. Use bottled water with low mineral content, or tap water that has been boiled and cooled. For best reconstitution, water should be lukewarm (approx. 40-45°C) before adding the powder.
2. Fill the measuring spoon in the can with powder, then press it against the rim of the can.
3. Add the corresponding number of level measuring spoons of powder to the water, in the correct proportion: 1 measuring spoon to 30 ml of water.
4. Cap the bottle and roll it between your hands to facilitate dissolution, then shake vigorously. Before feeding, check the temperature of the infant milk by pouring a few drops onto your wrist.
