Preparation with shaker: Pour around 200ml of water into a shaker, add 6 scoops of Milical preparation and mix vigorously until dissolved. Leave to stand for 1-2 minutes.

Preparation without shaker: Pour approx. 200ml of water into a bowl, add 6 scoops of Milical preparation, stir vigorously until completely dissolved. Leave to stand for 1-2 minutes.
