A natural product

For over 120 years and four family generations, Marius Fabre has been making Marseille soaps exclusively from rigorously selected plant oils. It contains no synthetic colorants or additives. It is not made from petroleum derivatives or animal fats, like most commercial soaps and shower gels.

The "Marseillaise" manufacturing process guarantees an "extra pure" soap, free of all impurities. Environmentally-friendly and economical

Pure plant-based, biodegradable, phosphate-free and free from synthetic products, it does not pollute rivers and contributes to the preservation of the environment. What's more, it requires very little packaging. It lasts a very long time, even longer when dried. Its longevity makes it a particularly economical product.

1. Composition: exclusively vegetable oils, fragrance-free, colorant-free, preservative-free.

2. A manufacturing process: Cooking in a cauldron, using a specific saponification process known as the "Marseille process", comprising 5 stages. Cauldron production lasts from one week to 10 days.

3. Geographical origin: Produced in the historic Marseille soap-making basin: the Marseilles region, which today corresponds to the Bouches-du-Rhône département (13).
