Fatigue, nervousness and muscle fatigue are often the first signs of insufficient magnesium intake.
The Mag2 24H tablet provides a single dose of magnesium, vitamin B6 and B12 for the whole day. Its dual-layer technology enables magnesium to be released progressively into the body for better assimilation.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 help reduce fatigue and contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function.
Vitamin B12 is essential for the body to function properly.
Up to 39% of the population, including meat eaters, do not meet their vitamin B12 requirements. In fact, this vitamin is obtained by eating foods of animal origin, but due to poor assimilation of this vitamin, we are all affected. People who adopt a vegetarian or vegan diet and those who have reduced their consumption of foods of animal origin have even greater needs.
Vitamin B12 needs increase in times of stress. It is therefore important to take supplements.
