How do I use Toleriane Dermo-Nettoyant by La Roche-Posay?

Without rinsing:

Apply with fingertips, massaging in a circular motion, then wipe off carefully with absorbent cotton, without rubbing.

For external use.

With rinsing:

Apply with fingertips, massaging in circular motion, rinse, then dry without rubbing.
