Kneipp Arnica bath salt crystals are rich in minerals and trace elements that purify and heal the skin. The hot steam containing the essential oil is inhaled through the nose, while the skin absorbs the oil through contact with the water.

Arnica is renowned for its beneficial, warming and toning properties. Combined with the soothing effect of hot water, these crystals relieve muscle stiffness and joint pain. These fragrant, colorful crystals are ideal for use in whirlpool baths.

Arnica extract: anti-inflammatory, relieves muscle and joint tension

Cabreuva essential oil: invigorating, revitalizing

Rosemary essential oil: energizing, stimulating, ideal for loss of energy. Helps fight fatigue and stimulates blood circulation

Fir essential oil: tones muscles and soothes joints

Pour 3/4 of the cap under warm water. Water temperature 36-38°C. Bath time 15-20 minutes.
