The OLIGOVANCE formulation contains a synergistic combination of :

- vitamins C and E, the "anti-fatigue and anti-oxidation" vitamins.

- group B vitamins, for their role in nervousness and recovery after physical effort.

- Vitamin D and Zinc, which contribute to a healthy immune system.

- plant extracts: pomegranate and grape seeds, rich in antioxidants.

- potassium (citrate form), for alkalizing and muscular functions.

- magnesium (citrate form), with multiple health benefits, including electrolyte balance, maintenance of energy metabolism and fatigue reduction (like manganese).

- calcium (citrate form), for its major action on bones, energy metabolism and muscles.

Bamboo: do not use during pregnancy without medical advice.

Potassium: not suitable for people with impaired kidney function.

Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

One sachet per day (preferably in the morning)

Dilute in 100-125 ml of water. Stir until completely dissolved, then consume. Easy to dissolve in a shaker. Citrus flavour.
