Granions Vitamin D3 60 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on vitamin D3, to be taken as a 2-month course of treatment.

Vitamin D helps in the utilization, absorption and binding of calcium to the bone to maintain normal bone structure. It helps maintain muscular functions and supports the immune system.

Specific References

Take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water, preferably in the morning for breakfast. For young children, it is advisable to open the capsule to incorporate the active ingredients into the diet (cream desserts, compote, milky desserts, etc.)

Composition per day (for one vegetarian capsule) : vitamin D3 (from Lichen) 10 µg (equivalent to 400 IU*) (200% NRV**) Composition and dosages have been established in accordance with French and European regulations.

Ingredients:

Bulking agent: rice starch, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, vegetable vitamin D3 (maltodextrin, modified starch, sucrose, silicon dioxide, D alpha tocopherol (soya), ascorbyl palmitate).

Capsule: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.

This supplement should be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Keep out of reach of young children.
