This dietary supplement should be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Take 3 tablets in the morning with a large glass of water, preferably with breakfast. 1-month program, to be repeated for a minimum of 3 months. Recommended after pregnancy and at each change of season. Store at a stable, moderate temperature, away from moisture.
