3 to 10 years: 3 teaspoons in the morning.

After 10 years: 2 tablespoons in the morning.

1 teaspoon = 5 ml / 1 tablespoon = 15 ml

Due to the presence of plants in the product, it may sometimes show a deposit. To remove it, simply shake the bottle before use. Use for 15 to 30 days, then repeat if necessary. This product is also suitable for adults over 15.
