Potassium, a major mineral, makes a decisive contribution to neuromuscular function. In particular, it is involved in muscle cell contraction and relaxation processes.
Magnesium is essential for healthy muscle function.
Selenium and copper are natural antioxidants that help protect cells against oxidative stress.
Group B vitamins complete the formula for optimum effectiveness.

Specific References

2 phials per day in a single dose, diluted in a large glass of water, preferably outside of mealtimes.

As soon as muscular contractions appear: take 2 phials a day until the desired effect is obtained.
In anticipation of prolonged and/or sustained muscular effort: take 2 phials a day as a 15-day course of treatment
