DIRECTIONS FOR USE :

In the attack phase: 3 tablets a day in a single dose, with a large glass of water, at the onset of discomfort.

If discomfort diminishes: take 2 tablets a day in a single dose, preferably at lunchtime, with a large glass of water. Store at a stable, moderate temperature, away from moisture.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE :

This dietary supplement should be taken as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Pregnant and breast-feeding women are advised to consult a health professional before taking any supplements. Not recommended for people on anticoagulant therapy (horse chestnut). Consult your doctor if you are taking anticoagulants at the same time. Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, or for people taking antidepressants (Petit Houx, Ginkgo Biloba).
