How do I prepare a feeding bottle?
- Always wash your hands and work surface before preparing bottles.
- Pour the required amount of cold water (Evian or bottled water recommended by your doctor) into a sterilized bottle.
- Use only the measuring spoon inside the can. Add the corresponding number of scoops, using the can's double-sided rim to remove any excess. Replace the measuring spoon under the lid and close the can by pressing down on the center of the lid.
- Close the bottle with the sealing disc, then screw on the plastic ring. Shake for 10 seconds horizontally, then 10 seconds vertically, without rolling the bottle between your hands.
- Unscrew slightly and let cool if you wish, then shake the bottle again. Remove the sealing disk and plastic ring, and insert the teat. Check the temperature on the inside of your wrist.
- After feeding, clean the bottle and accessories with soapy water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, then sterilize. Store the sterilized bottle closed.
