Gallia Bébé expert anti-régurgitation 1 is a thickened baby milk designed to meet the needs of infants suffering from regurgitation. This formula is suitable for feeding during infancy (0-6 months).
Babies may occasionally experience regurgitation, or gastro-oesophageal reflux, due to the immaturity of their digestive system. This is a normal phenomenon, which will disappear after a few months. But sometimes, regurgitation can be too annoying, because it is too intense or lasts too long. Gallia has developed its Bébé Expert 1 milk to meet the particular nutritional needs of babies suffering from regurgitation. This 1st age milk is thickened by the addition of carob. This substance has the property of absorbing water, and therefore helps thicken the alimentary bolus, which is essential in the event of persistent regurgitation.

Gallia Bébé expert anti-régurgitation 1 also contains DHA, long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, FOS (Fructo-oligosaccharides) and GOS (Galacto-oligosaccharides). It will cover your baby's needs while limiting regurgitation.

Important notice: breast milk is the ideal, natural food for every infant. However, if you cannot or do not wish to breastfeed, the Medical Corps will recommend an infant formula that meets your child's specific nutritional needs. This food, your baby's sole source of nutrition, has been recommended to you by your doctor. It is a product specifically formulated to manage a particular disorder, and inappropriate use could present a health risk for your child. Strictly refer to your doctor's advice, as only your doctor is in a position to judge whether this product is effective for your baby.

To avoid risks to your baby's health, it is important to follow the instructions below:

Use a teat suitable for thickened formulas.
Prepare the bottle just before feeding.
For best results, let the formula thicken for 3 to 5 minutes before offering it to baby.
Once prepared, the bottle should be consumed within half an hour.
After feeding, if your baby has not drunk all the formula, discard the rest of the bottle without hesitation.
Do not reuse the can to store food.

How do I prepare a bottle?

Always wash your hands and work surface before preparing the bottle.
Pour the required amount of cold water (Evian or bottled water recommended by your doctor) into a sterilized bottle.
Use only the measuring spoon from this box. Add the corresponding number of scoops, using the can's double-sided rim to remove any excess. Replace the measuring spoon under the lid and close the can by pressing down on the center of the lid.
Close the bottle with the sealing disc and screw on the plastic ring. Shake for 10 seconds horizontally, then 10 seconds vertically, without rolling the bottle between your hands.
Unscrew slightly and let cool if you wish, then shake the bottle again. Remove the sealing disk and plastic ring, and insert the teat. Check the temperature of the formula on the inside of your wrist.
After feeding, clean the bottle and accessories with soapy water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, then sterilize. Store the bottle closed.

How much to feed?

The dosage and frequency of feeding are given as a guide only. The Medical Corps can adapt your baby's daily diet to suit his or her specific needs. During the first two weeks of life, always use 1 scoop of powder in 30 ml of water
