Take one double-layer DAY tablet (brown/pink in color) with breakfast and one double-layer NIGHT tablet (brown/blue in color) with dinner, along with a large glass of water (200ml).

Night double-layer tablet (brown/blue): bulking agents (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), extract of Coleus forshkohiii titrated to 10% forskolin (coleus forskohiii (wild.) Briq.) (100mg or 4000mg plant equivalent), ascophyllum extract (ascophyllum nodosum (L.) Le Jolis) (100mg or 400mg plant equivalent), rockweed extract (Fucus vesiculosus L.) (75mg or 300mg plant equivalent), caraway extract (carum carvi L.)
