1 green capsule in the morning and 1 white capsule in the evening, to be taken with a full glass of water, preferably 20 minutes before a meal. 14-day course of treatment, to be repeated for lasting effectiveness.

Ingredients:

Green capsule: caraway (Carum carvi), coriander (Coriandrum sativum), L-carnitine (tartrate), vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethyl-cellulose, chlorophyllin copper complex), bulking agent (corn starch), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
White capsule: bulking agent (maltodextrin), chicory inulin (Cichorium intybus), vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl-methylcellulose, E171 colorant), blend of lactic ferments providing 5 billion CFU (colony-forming units): Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acido-philus, Lactobacillus casei, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).
