The tip of the toe is a very sensitive area. When it comes into conflict with the shoe, the pain is intense. If the tip of the toe has a corns or callus, an ingrown toenail or is subjected to a succession of mechanical traumas (micro-shocks), the pain is particularly intense. To protect the toe pulp, the EPITACT® fingercotch features the patented EPITHELIUM 26® silicone gel, which distributes pressure and limits external aggression. To limit wear, this gel is inserted between two layers of fabric over the entire surface of the fingercard.

EPITACT® fingercotsare easy to fit. It is positioned upside down at the tip of the toe and gradually unrolled to cover it.

The elasticity and suppleness of the materials used guarantee an ideal fit.

The fingerstall can be used to relieve pain or as a preventive measure, once the corns have been removed by a podiatrist, to naturally prevent the appearance of corns by distributing the pressure.

Specific References

- Position the fingerstock upside down, at the tip of the toe.
- Unroll progressively.
- Remove the fingerstock every evening to avoid the risk of maceration.
- To avoid blue nails, place the fingerstock on the toe before the activity likely to cause hematoma.

Caution: do not shorten the fingerstock, as this reduces its strength.

MAINTENANCE :

- Wash by hand, without rubbing.
- Leave to dry naturally.
- Do not iron.
