cardiovascular balance :
Myrrh(Commiphora myrrha and mukul) balances the cardiovascular and circulatory systems and stimulates the immune system.
Feminine comfort, menopause:
Cape Aloe(Aloe ferox) regulates the discomforts of pre-menopausal and menopausal menstrual cycles (midlife troubles, hot flashes, irritability).
Emotional shocks:
Frankincense(Boswellia carterii and serrata) helps support healthy mental functioning.

Take one teaspoon (5 ml) in the morning on an empty stomach, pure or mixed in a little water, for 12 days. Traditionally, it is used as a 3-bottle cure (36 days) at the change of seasons (spring and autumn).

For 1 teaspoon (5 ml):
Purified water 3.4 g, 96% ethanol 1.3 g (Alcohol 28% v/V), Cape Aloe powder (Aloe ferox) 0.06 g, Myrrh resin (Commiphora myrrha et mukul) 0.05 g, Frankincense resin (Boswellia carterii et serrata) 0.05 g
