Apply, massage into a lather and rinse. Repeat application, leaving on for 3 minutes, then rinse. Attack phase: 3 times a week. 2 weeks. Maintenance phase: once a week. Using it once a week as a maintenance treatment helps prevent dandruff recurrence over the long term.
