1 to 2 tablets a day, to be swallowed with a meal, for 3 to 6 months, renewable.

Marine magnesium (oxide, hydroxide, sulfate, carbonate, chloride) bulking agent: diacalcium phosphate, choline, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, ginkgo biloba (extract) titrated in ginkgo flavonoids,

emulsifier: mono, di and triglycerides of fatty acids and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, zinc bisglycinate, lubricant: stearic acid, vitamin B5. Colorant: Cl6 mineral white pigment.
