- Quantity: 1 to 3 bottles a day to complement your diet, or as advised by your doctor.

- Preferably eaten fresh, by placing in the fridge beforehand.
- Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
Tips: this drink can be frozen in a suitable container to make sorbets. It can also be diluted with a little sparkling water for even greater freshness. Adding sparkling water stimulates swallowing.
