Dayang fat-reducing black tea comes from Yunnan province. This premium Chinese tea is of guaranteed origin. Unlike green tea, black tea is fully oxidized. After harvesting, the leaves are kept at a relatively warm temperature to soften, for one to several days. The leaves are then rolled and placed in oxidation rooms for a few hours, in a very humid atmosphere. They are then rapidly heated to 90°C. This fat-burning Chinese tea owes its effects to theine and catechins. In addition to its draining action, theine increases the body's production of heat. As a result, the body's fat-burning mechanism is accelerated and more calories are used, even at rest. Catechins are polyphenols that promote fat oxidation and increase energy expenditure. They also help to reduce weight and waist circumference, while influencing the distribution of fat in the body.
