As this blend is not drunk in its entirety, but by dose, it is advisable to store it in the refrigerator to improve the taste (less bitterness).

(1) Be careful to respect the product's dosage. Overconsumption may cause intestinal problems, and the product is contraindicated for people suffering from kidney failure, arterial problems, high blood pressure or on a salt-free diet.

Dissolve magnesium chloride in water.
For adults, mix one 20 g sachet. sachet to 1 liter of water.
For children, mix one sachet with 2 to 4 liters of water, but it's best to ask your doctor's advice first(1)
- Note: 1 dose = 125 ml (a small glass), so 1 liter contains 8 doses.
Drink a glass of this liquid every 60 minutes until symptoms disappear.

Contraindications to magnesium chloride include kidney disease, dehydration (with or without diarrhea), hemophilia and salt-free diets.
- Curative treatment of torsades de pointes.
- Treatment of acute hypokalemia associated with hypomagnesemia.
- Magnesium intake during hydroelectrolytic rebalancing.
- Magnesium intake during parenteral nutrition.
- Preventive and curative treatment of eclampsia.
