Colpofix is an Iprad medical device for women carrying the HPV (human papillomavirus) virus. This innovative gel spray is applied in the vagina to line the cervico-vaginal mucosa. The anatomical shape of the applicator makes it easy to reach the mucosa of the vagina and cervix. Its spray form ensures uniform atomization of the product. And because its formula has muco-adhesive properties, there's no unpleasant discharge.
Colpofix vaginal spray acts locally:
- to protect mucous membranes from the damaging action of external microbial agents by forming a barrier film;
- to moisturize mucosal lesions caused by HPV;
- to maintain a pH favorable to the vaginal microbiota.
