Blephagel is a hypoallergenic* sterile gel for daily eyelid and eyelash hygiene.
Eyelid hygiene is recommended by ophthalmologists as an adjunct to treatment for :

Blepharitis, both anterior and posterior (inflammation of the eyelids).

Dry eye associated with dysfunction of the Meibomius glands (glands located inside the eyelids).

Eye and eyelid involvement due to acne rosacea (a reddening of the skin on the face).

Damage to eyes and eyelids due to seborrheic dermatitis (a skin disease manifested by redness and scaling, predominantly on the face).
Eyelid hygiene may also be recommended in a surgical context, when thorough cleansing of the eyelids and eyelash roots is required.
Blephagel may also be recommended for contact lens wearers.
