Measurement reminder alarm

Any clothing compressing the arm must be removed.

Put on the cuff and roll it up the left arm. The tube should point towards the forearm.

Position the cuff 2 to 3 centimetres above the elbow, so that the tube protrudes from the inside of the arm.

Close the cuff by pulling and fastening the hook-and-loop fastener. The cuff fits properly if you can slip 2 fingers between the cuff and your arm.

Place your arm on a table with the palm facing the ceiling. The cuff should be at the same height as the heart and the tube should not be twisted.

Switch on the device and wait for the cuff to inflate and deflate.

When the measurement is complete, a long beep sounds. Read measurements on the display
