Extended 6-hour vitamin release: how does it work?

Some vitamins, such as D, B8 or B9, are naturally stored in the liver, fatty tissue or muscles, and released throughout the day. Vitamin C and other B vitamins, on the other hand, are water-soluble: excess quantities ingested are eliminated in the urine, and no reserves are possible. Bion3 Vitalité's unique tablet technology regulates the release of nutrients: the three layers of active ingredients are released rapidly or over a longer period of time, depending on the body's specific assimilation requirements.
