a. Indications

In dogs: use for flea and/or tick infestations, when repellent (anti-gorging) activity against sandflies and/or mosquitoes is also required.

Fleas:
Treatment and prevention of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis). Fleas on dogs are killed within 24 hours of treatment. A single treatment is persistently effective against new adult flea infestations for four weeks. The product can be integrated into a treatment strategy for Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD) when this condition has first been diagnosed by a veterinarian.

Ticks:
Treatment of Ixodes ricinus tick infestations.
A single application provides 4 weeks of persistent acaricidal efficacy against tick infestations (Ixodes ricinus, Dermacentor reticulatus and Rhipicephalus sanguineus).
If Dermacentor reticulatus or Rhipicephalus sanguineus ticks are present at the time of application, they may not all be killed within 48 hours.

Sandflies and mosquitoes:
A single treatment provides repellent (anti-gorging) activity against sandflies (Phlebotomus perniciosus) and mosquitoes (Culex pipiens, Aedes aegypti) for four weeks.
