Biocanina Diatomaceous Earth 100 g is a powder for treating the environment (home, farmyard, cage, kennel, basket, kennels, etc.). It is effective against fleas, red lice, ants and crawling insects (cockroaches, silverfish, etc.). Contact with the active agent causes lesions on the insect's limbs or carapace, leading to death by dehydration.

Biocanina's Diatomaceous Earth is a simple, ecological and natural way to eliminate pests. Also known as kieselguhr or silicon dioxide, Diatomaceous Earth is made from the fossils of microscopic algae. This very fine powder causes lesions in the digestive system of pests when ingested, and lacerates their limbs and shells. Diatomaceous earth is therefore a particularly effective insecticide, and as it is inert, it retains its properties over a long period. It can be used both indoors and outdoors (terraces, etc.). It is also suitable for kennels, henhouses, cages and kennels.

Biocanina Diatomaceous Earth eradicates all crawling insect pests. It eliminates ants, cockroaches, fleas and red lice.

Specific References

For first-time use, use scissors to split the tip of the nozzle.
Preferably spray in dry areas and/or pest hiding places, such as nests, wall cracks or crevices, as well as all areas likely to harbor pests.
Do not apply to porous surfaces.
Do not clean off the powder coating after a successful treatment: it has a long-term preventive action.
Re-apply in the event of new contamination.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Use 30 to 50 g of powder per m² or 5 to 10 g per linear m.
Spread Diatomaceous Earth in pest hiding places or places where pests pass through, or create screens of powder 2 mm high and 5 mm to 2 cm wide, using approximately 5 to 10 g / linear m.

Avoid eating, drinking or smoking while using Diatomaceous Earth.
Do not use in windy conditions.
Avoid draughts during application, until the powder has settled.
Avoid breathing dust. If inhaled, remove from contaminated area. If affected, contact a doctor.
Rinse thoroughly if in eyes, on skin or if swallowed.
In case of CONTACT WITH EYES: Rinse with plenty of water for several minutes, then consult a doctor if necessary.
