Dilute two drops* of the chosen Original Bach Flower Remedy in a glass of water and drink at regular intervals. Repeat if necessary. For combined use, add two drops* of each of the chosen Flowers (max. seven) to a 30ml mixing bottle, fill with mineral water and take four drops of the mixture at least four times a day.
