Oral use.

Adults and adolescents aged 15 and over: take 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning, with a full glass of water.
Recommended duration of use: one to two months, repeated if necessary.

Recommendations for use

Not recommended in cases of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients,
A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle,
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose,

With the exception of vitamins K and D, vitamins and minerals cannot be synthesized naturally by the body. It is therefore essential to take them in through the diet, if the body is to function properly.

Vitamins and minerals do not have the same activity, and each has very specific and essential functions:

Vitamins B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, C and iron help to reduce feelings of fatigue and combat loss of energy.
Vitamins A, B6, C and D, as well as selenium and iron, support the immune system.
Vitamins C and E, manganese, zinc and selenium help combat oxidative stress.
Iron supports cognitive function (memory, concentration, etc.).
Vitamin B5 helps maintain intellectual performance.
