Before any exposure to the sun, apply an average of 6 doses to an adult's face and neck. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or toweling off. Don't spend too long in the sun, even if you're using a sunscreen product.

Too much sun is dangerous. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
