Before exposure to the sun, apply sun lotion generously to the body (e.g. 2 fingers of product on the arms - by reducing this amount, you reduce the level of protection).
Reapply frequently after swimming, perspiring or toweling off.
Prolonged exposure to the sun is not recommended, even with sun protection.
Use protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, glasses, T-shirt).
